Hello I joined Grande Vegas casino in February. Deposited a few times and on Feb 12th I deposited $50 using a bonus match and played to 1,740. Also on Feb 12th I sent in my documents exactly as instructed by the T&Cs. Total due to me is $1,660 via check (1740-50 bonus - 30 check processing fee)

Once I sent in the documents I received a message saying I should receive a response in 24/48hrs. So I patiently waited 48hrs and had not heard anything. I checked with an agent via chat and was told the account verification could take up to 72hrs and to continue waiting.

On Thursday, after it had been 72hrs, I noticed my account still had not been verified. So I contact chat agent again and they say more delays and to wait another 12hrs.

Fast forward to Friday, it's been another 12hrs and still no verified account or response from casino! Again I contact a chat rep and am told there are more delays and that the verification should happen soon.

I'm tired of the delays and stalling tactics of this casino. This is probably an attempt to get me to play off/down my winnings before they actually pay out. I won't. Enough of the delays already. My account needs to be verified and my winnings paid out promptly.

Update: My account was finally verified on Feb 17th after several delays and excuses from chat agents. Docs were sent in Feb 12...

Now I received a message that my withdrawal has been processed.

I will update this thread once I receive the payment. Thank you.

Update: I received the check for $1,710. Issue is now resolved. Complaint can be closed. Thank you!
