Delayed 6,000 SEK payment

Hi, I tried to solve this issue with Goliath Casino via support, but with no solution.
A withdrawal was made of 220 USD.

I received a total of 220 CAD dollars. I received the wrong currency from their team, which is fine as mistakes happen. But, they do not want to solve this issue even though I provided a snap shot of the payment received.

I also received email from their team.

"We thank you for contacting us at Goliathcasino.

When you opened you casino account you selected the currency to be US Dollars. You successfully withdrew 220 USD but when your bank put the funds into your Canadian bank account they converted the 220 USD to Canadian Dollars. "

The have not taken the time to checked the screenshot I provided, as they wrote "canadian bank account". My winnings were to my ewallet, not bank account.

This is a mistake on behalf of your team. They sent the wrong currency.
In the picture provided, you can clearly see they sent out 220 CAD.

It would be nice of you to correct your mistake, please !

Goliat casino declined my withdrawal, they say my bank don't allow them to pay out money to me. I have been withdraw money trough many other casino's this way and I have never had problem with it. I have deposit trough my bank acount, that's allowed but not to withdraw it back. Have 4000kr i want to withdraw, I have tried neteller, ecopayz and skrill. I can't deposit money trough neteller, ecopayz or skrill for gambling, so I can't make a New deposit trough this sites so I can tak out my money with this method. The chat is not working, I tried to call them, but the Phone Number is not working either.

It seems like Goliathcasino has plugged the plug on their site and kept my balance. The site has been under "maintenance" for many days now and you can no longer email them, as the email domain no longer exists. So there is no means of contacting them except the slim chance through here. I had around 5k euro in my account.

I started trying to make a withdrawal from Goliathcasino around december 10. I had asked them before if they had all the needed docs and they confirmed they had everthing they needed. The next week the withdrawal was pending and I was in contacted the chat 3 times during the week asking what the problem was. No one could say anything but they assured me that they would forward the matter to the finance department and I would get an email within 24 hours. None of these 3 times I got any email and nothing happened. After about 8 days the money was back on my account and when I contacted them the answer was that this was because it had been pending too long. I was told to make a new withdrawal (having to wait another 2 days which you alwas must do before a withdrawal is handled). I did and now I have been waiting another 10 days. I have been in contact with the chat several times and I have emailed them. They just say that the withdrawal is under review and they dont have any more information. I have now been waiting for about 3 weeks without any useful information at all. What can I do? Is it possible to contact the gaminig authorities on Malta getting any help? Read that this site was best new casinosite 2018 and I find that remarkable. Hope no one have to experience the same kind of problem as I do.

My payment is getting more and more delayed. First you contacted me by e-mail about uploading documents for verification, and i uploaded em right away. You have been contacted by me several times and confirmed that the documents were uploaded. But nothing is happening, you are blaming that the payment team have much to do and the withdrawal Will be completed next day but nothing is happening. The withdrawal is low as well so i don't see the real problem here to complete the payout. The withdrawal is in 300 SEK / 30€ Help me out.

The casino claims to do everything in the customers' interest. However, my experience is that the keep stalling and stalling when it comes to payouts. My withdrawal request has been in the Payout box for a week now. Documents I sent were received last Friday and today I received confirmation of approval of the documents. Now they claim to have to verify everything with the bank, which will take another! 24 hours. A very bad start for a new casino which wants to get new players. What can I do? Please help! Thanks Ann
