Withdrawal to Skrill unjustly denied
Hello.
I have won some money from the welcome promotion. In the terms&conditions they say that you cannot withdraw less then 100€, so I did deposit via Skrill. In the terms&conditions was also written, that withdraw is available via Skrill.
So, I have played some slots, and my balance was above 100€, and then I did a request for withdraw over Skrill. I have done all the verifications, also via the mobile phone, and when it came to the point of withdraw they said, that they cannot withdraw my money to my Skrill account, but they can only do it via bank account. I did not agree with that , because in their terms&conditions they are saying that withdraws are also possible via Skrill.
They said that they will update their terms&conditions, but from my point this was mislead because in terms&conditions it was said that I can do a withdraw over Skrill.
They have now moved the Skrill from withdraw methods, but as a proof, I am attaching printscreen of the terms&conditions.
I also have proof via emails, that I did a request, before they changed the terms&conditions.
