Failing to pay out my winnings

I am extremely disappointed in the way this sure has accepted my money but failed to payout my winnings, the winnings wasn’t won with bonus plays it was money I deposited. I win £500 from money I had deposited.

I have verified my account sending all relevant documents. This was passed and everything was ok, I have withdrawn my winning well tried to buy nothing.

I’ve been on the online chat several times to see what the problem but am getting nowhere. I’ve sent emails but no reply back. I’ve tried to call the no but this isn’t connecting.

Due to the player's problem being with Goldenlion.BET Casino (https:­//w­ww.g­ol­den­lio­n.bet), which is entirely different from GoldenLion.IM Casino (http:/­/ww­w.g­old­enl­ion.im; https:­//g­old­enl­ion­cas­ino.online), AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to Reject the case, since it was submitted against wrong casino which is not even presented at AskGamblers.
