Hello, can you please help me? I am trying to get my withdrawal from 7Reels Casino and they are giving me the run around. I have sent over 20 documents to them and still they claim it's not right. They keep asking for ridiculous documents such as a bank statement that shows my routing and bank account number and I know of no bank that provides all that information in a statement. They are asking for phone bill copy and I told them that my phone number on my account was a prepaid cell phone and then they ask me to send a copy of my house phone bill which is not even on my account and then they say the number is not on my account which I already told them. They say they wanted a voided check and I told them I do not use checks only my debit card, so I sent them a blank check wrote void on it and signed by me that shows my account numbers but they say it not good enough. So I decide to use my online bank and I sent them a copy of my online statement showing my name, address, and account numbers and they still say not good enough. So now I asked them to send me a check through the mail and they say I will have to deposit it into a ATM and not cash it. Earlier today I had to complain to them because they added a $7,500 bonus to my balance without my permission and they know I am trying to cashout. I finally got that removed. That's not all I have been dealing with because of them but it would take too long to write, so please can you get them to understand.
