GoBetGo - Refusing to verify my account and to provide any support
I have over 36.000 Euros on my gobetgo-account. I want to withdraw money and went through the necessary verification procedure on January 3rd e.g. I uploaded a copy of my passport plus a recent utility bill and bank statement.
Since then my documents have been in the status of „pending“ - I haven’t received any message from gobetgo. In the last days (January 3rd and 5th) I’ve written two mails to gobetgo’s service-email-adress [email protected] inquiring about how long the procedure would take. No answer!
Given the total lack of responsiveness in the past 5 days from gobetgo’s side and having read the various complaints of other users of the casino I urge gobetgo to immediately cooperate on my verification and withdrawal of money.
