Instead of immediately restricting my account, Glorion responded by offering alternative options and left my account fully active.
Following this, I was sent further communication including a cash bonus offer, which actively encouraged continued gambling despite my disclosure of a gambling problem.
Two weeks after my initial request and several other requests for closure, they emailed me confirming my account was closed and tried to use their terms and conditions out of context.
This is a serious failure to follow responsible gambling procedures. My request should have been treated as an immediate self-exclusion, and my account should have been restricted without delay and without any promotional offers.
