I am very disappointed and frustrated with the current situation regarding my withdrawal. I have been trying to withdraw my funds of 700 CAD from the casino for several days now, but the transaction is still not being processed.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I keep receiving the same response that my money will arrive soon. However, nothing has changed and I have not seen any real progress or confirmation that the withdrawal is being processed. This lack of clear communication and delay is very concerning.

At this point, I feel that the situation is not being properly handled, as my funds are still pending without any clear explanation or timeline. I expect withdrawals to be processed in a reasonable timeframe, but this has not been the case.

I am sincerely disappointed with this experience and I am requesting that my withdrawal of 700 CAD be processed immediately or that I receive a clear and honest update on its status without further delay.

Hey ! So I just got banned definitely because I was stressed and anxious. Maybe they did it for my security idk.

I still haven’t got my withdrawal & no access to my account. But the most important thing is they don’t reply to my mails since a few days now.

This is the last conversation I just got with them.

I have not received any email update or withdrawal yet. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled.

Yesterday, I was informed that this would be the final processing day, yet nothing has changed. Additionally, the live chat support only provides generic responses without any clear information regarding my case.

At this point, if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue other measures.

Unable to withdraw balance withdrawals blocked on Glorion

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with Glorion.com.

On March 4th, 2026, I successfully received one withdrawal of 5000 NOK from my account.

At the moment my account shows a balance of approximately 51,842 NOK, and I currently have two withdrawal requests of 5000 NOK each pending. However, I am unable to create any further withdrawal requests because the withdrawal page displays the message:

“Withdrawal blocked – withdrawals are restricted by the operator.”

Since then I have been unable to submit additional withdrawal requests.

I contacted the casino support team and was informed on March 5th, 2026 that my case had been escalated to the relevant department for review.

I followed up again on March 9th, 2026, but was informed that the case is still under investigation and no timeframe has been provided.

According to the casino’s own support team, withdrawal requests are normally processed within approximately 3 business days, however the witdrawal function on my account remains blocked without explanation.

My account does not currently require verification according to the verification page in my profile, and no additional documents have been requested by the casino.

I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal page and my communication with the casino support team.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in contacting the casino and helping resolve this matter.
