I've been waiting for my payment for 6 days. Customer service only writes the template. I don't get any specific answer as to what the problem could be because they didn't even indicate anything in the email. I don't think the site is fair. The site says 3 days for payment, we're on the 6th day. They're playing with people's money. Of course, the deposit is deducted immediately. This is really bad.

Delayed 500 euros withdrawal

Hello!

I have had a problem communicating with Glorion support.

They have said that withdrawal takes 3 business days, and now it's been a whole week. I have asked multiple times by email, and I got only ” withdrawal is going to be paid soon”

I make this complaint because I see a lot of people have been having this same kind of problem with them.

Also, I can't add my personal details on their site. I have asked and provided them with all my information, but I can't save it on the page. In this case, I have used several computers, and they only say ”clear your cache,” etc..

Unfair handling and overdue withdrawal issue

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the unfair handling of my withdrawal issue and the way my case has been managed.

My withdrawal has been overdue for more than 6 days, despite the casino’s own Terms and Conditions clearly stating that withdrawals should be processed within 3 working days. This timeframe has already been exceeded, yet I have not received my funds or a reasonable explanation for the delay.

Instead of providing a proper resolution, I have been repeatedly passed between different departments, with each department directing me elsewhere. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I believe this is unfair treatment of a customer.

I am requesting that AskGamblers review this matter fairly and assist in ensuring the casino honours its own withdrawal policy and releases my funds without further delay.

I expect a proper investigation into:

- The reason for the withdrawal delay is beyond the stated 3 working days.

- Why have I been redirected between departments without a solution?

- Why the casino has failed to fulfil its withdrawal obligation.

I trust AskGamblers will treat this complaint fairly and help bring this matter to a conclusion.

Self Exclusion Delay

Hello AskGamblers,

I am looking for your assistance with Glorion Casino.

On April 27, I clearly stated that I have a gambling problem and requested that my account be closed.

Instead of immediately restricting my account, Glorion responded by offering alternative options and left my account fully active.

Following this, I was sent further communication including a cash bonus offer, which actively encouraged continued gambling despite my disclosure of a gambling problem.

Two weeks after my initial request and several other requests for closure, they emailed me confirming my account was closed and tried to use their terms and conditions out of context.

This is a serious failure to follow responsible gambling procedures. My request should have been treated as an immediate self-exclusion, and my account should have been restricted without delay and without any promotional offers.

Responsible gambling procedures not enforced

I am disputing Glorion's failure to properly close my gambling account after I disclosed a compulsive gambling disorder and repeatedly requested account closure.

On February 20, 2026, I informed Glorion of my gambling addiction and requested immediate account closure. I followed up several times, including on March 5, April 30, and May 12. On March 9, I was explicitly informed that my account had been closed, but it remained active and accessible.

Because the account was not properly closed, I continued gambling during a period of severe addiction and financial hardship, resulting in substantial losses and additional debt. Despite my repeated requests for closure and self-exclusion, Glorion continued allowing access to the account and continued sending promotional marketing communications.

Glorion later claimed that I had opened a secondary account and stated that it was not liable for the hardships I experienced. This is incorrect. I did not open a secondary account. The same account I repeatedly requested to be closed remained active and accessible.

I do not believe Glorion can avoid responsibility by relying on its general refund policy. Once I disclosed my gambling addiction and requested account closure, Glorion had a responsibility under its responsible gambling obligations to take prompt and effective action to prevent further gambling activity and related financial harm. By failing to properly close my account after multiple requests and continuing to allow gambling activity, Glorion failed to uphold those responsibilities.

I have retained email and chat records documenting my requests for account closure, self-exclusion attempts, and Glorion's responses. I am seeking a refund of all deposits made after March 9, 2026, when I was informed the account had been closed, as well as acknowledgment of the operator's failure to comply with its responsible gambling obligations and self-exclusion procedures.

I did, reach out to the Casino on multiple occasions, at this point they will not reply. I do have more extensive documentation of the conversations I can send if needed. I also know that the amount lost after asking my account to be closed is APPROX 4000 it could be more or less, it's just hard for me to look at because its so upsetting that the casino allowed this to happen.

Glorion Casino

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the current situation regarding my withdrawal. I have been trying to withdraw my funds of 700 CAD from the casino for several days now, but the transaction is still not being processed.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I keep receiving the same response that my money will arrive soon. However, nothing has changed and I have not seen any real progress or confirmation that the withdrawal is being processed. This lack of clear communication and delay is very concerning.

At this point, I feel that the situation is not being properly handled, as my funds are still pending without any clear explanation or timeline. I expect withdrawals to be processed in a reasonable timeframe, but this has not been the case.

Payment issue

I’ve had a jackpot of $52,000 Canadian last month, I have played on the site for three months now, I have withdrawn over $20,000 with no issues, I must have deposited over $30,000. Ever since I won the $52,000 I haven’t been playing anymore at the casino is not paying me anything. They pay me the first shot of $2300. That took 10 days, but after that, I made another withdrawal which is still pending after 20 days.. I’m not playing on the site anymore because I know they want me to lose my money. They also sent me an email saying that if I played on my $52,000 and I would lose it all, they would give me a cashback of 10%. That’s the message I received after telling me they’re gonna fix my issue. So they basically fix my issue by telling me that they’ll give me money if I lose it all. I find this casino so bad. Especially to treat a VIP player like me. I played thousands of dollars per day with these guys and now I got nothing, please help me because every time I contact customer support. They’re basically laughing at me saying there’s nothing they can do.

Glorion paid not 1 from 5500EUR in 23 days

Hello,

So I won 5.500,00€ in this casino after depositing many times without any wins near.

Mainly from Jackpont Hunt and Wonderpot, I played slots only, only real money - no bonuses used.

You can't withdraw more than 500€ per week, so on 01.05.2026 I opened the first withdrawal request for 480€.

I get not 1€ til today, not even a real update on my request, even after I emailed the support 5 times and was in the live chat many times!!!

They are "sorry 4 the delay" (btw already as I got in contact with them first on 09.05.2026 )

"Normally it takes only 3-5 days, I'm sure u will get an update as soon as possible"

So this seems to be a scam? selective at least?

Did anyone ever get a bigger withdrawal from them?

Delaying payment for 15 days

My withdrawal has been pending since April 16, and today is May 1, so it has now been pending for 15 days.

What makes this especially frustrating is that my account is already fully verified, and I have already received several successful withdrawals from this casino in the past. Because of that, there should be no verification issue or reason for this kind of delay.

I contacted support multiple times on live chat support. On April 22, they acknowledged the delay by email, said the withdrawal was being prioritized, and told me it would be paid “very soon.” Since then, nothing has been paid.

I followed up again several days ago asking for an update and received no response.

At this point, I have a verified account, prior successful withdrawals, and a payment that has been pending for 15 days with no clear explanation. I am submitting this complaint because I want the withdrawal processed immediately, or at minimum a firm payment timeframe and honest communication.

Delays KYC process

Hello askgamblers team. I would be grateful if you could help me.

I won a fair amount of money playing slots at Glorion casino on February 24th. I made two withdrawals of 500 euros on the first two days. After that the withdrawal option was blocked. 4 days later the withdrawals were cancelled.

After this, I sent about 10 emails saying that I would like to start the KYC process. I did not receive any clear answers.

On March 4th, I finally managed to download my documents on their website.

1. Photo of ID Card
2. Selfie with ID Card (their website in the backround)
3. Bank statements showing every deposit made to their casino.
4. Bank statements showing my address.

Now a week later they are requesting bank statements again to verify the payment method.
I sent the same bank statements again yesterday. I also sent screenshots of the bank transactions showing deposits to their casino.

They replied to me in one email yesterday, saying they regret that they don't have a native speaker to answer me even thought I've sent all my emails to them in English. (I have all the emails saved, which I can provide if necessary.)

I have been playing for over 10 years at different online casinos. And I have never seen anything like this. The service is unbelievably slow and the responses are generic. Some emails they don't even answer.

I currently have 2000 euros in my account. And I would like to withdraw my winnings, but Glorion casino makes this impossible.

Unable to withdraw balance withdrawals blocked on Glorion

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with Glorion.com.

On March 4th, 2026, I successfully received one withdrawal of 5000 NOK from my account.

At the moment my account shows a balance of approximately 51,842 NOK, and I currently have two withdrawal requests of 5000 NOK each pending. However, I am unable to create any further withdrawal requests because the withdrawal page displays the message:

“Withdrawal blocked – withdrawals are restricted by the operator.”

Since then I have been unable to submit additional withdrawal requests.

I contacted the casino support team and was informed on March 5th, 2026 that my case had been escalated to the relevant department for review.

I followed up again on March 9th, 2026, but was informed that the case is still under investigation and no timeframe has been provided.

According to the casino’s own support team, withdrawal requests are normally processed within approximately 3 business days, however the witdrawal function on my account remains blocked without explanation.

My account does not currently require verification according to the verification page in my profile, and no additional documents have been requested by the casino.

I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal page and my communication with the casino support team.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in contacting the casino and helping resolve this matter.
