Withdraw declined in Gioo Casino


I got yesterday 20 free spins no deposit on my email with some code. From these spins, I won 0,40€ and manage to clean bonus and win over 20€ but they cap winnings on just 20.

I then requested a withdraw of 20€. I didn't think that I'll have any problem because I already verified my account before and deposited too once.

But they canceled yesterday my withdrawal request and forced me to deposit again and to upload selfies. I upload 2 selfies today with passport and paper to write what they said, and all were rejected. I didn't want to deposit because I have already done that before and they verified my Skrill account then.

So far they rejected 3 times my withdrawal request.
