50000 euros not payed

Hi,

I played on Gioo Casino on 25. and 26. of March. I deposited 2500 EURO and played for hours and won 50,000 EURO. My account was verified and then I saw that all my money was gone and on my account and only 500 EURO is there. Their reason is that I transferred 500 EURO from a third party / corporate. But I am self-employed and transferred money from my business account. I am the only account holder. I have done this before and never had any problems through N1 interactive group. I always had to prove that I was the owner and an extract from the chambre of commerce was sufficient.

Can you help me please.

Despite the fact that there was no violation of the license rules, we have contacted the player to discuss personal compensation terms.

The agreement has been successfully reached, and compensation was sent to the player a couple of days ago.
