Withdrawal taking for ever

Hi, I recently deposited on genesis casino over a week ago with no deposit bonuses or free spins and carried on to win over £500. I then decided to withdraw in 2 separate amounts due to playing for a short time after the win. My withdrawals come up to just over £500. After a day I checked the withdrawal was still pending. So I messaged in the online chat, to which they told me withdrawals take up to 72 hours to be processed, This was understandable.

I waited until the time had passed and then messaged them again and they said it is with the relevant team and have no time frame of when this withdrawal would be complete, so I asked if I needed to send any documents to them to pass security to which they replied they had what they needed at this stage, this has gone on for over week with me chasing it up and the same generic email sent to me. I tried calling but they aren't taking phone calls at the moment, I am not able to access my account or the online chat, every time I try to ask for a time frame they tell me that they don't have contact with the department.

On the 30.9. 21 they said it was in the final stages whatever that means, screenshot attached, but then later kept telling me they didn't have an update.

I feel like I've been robbed of my winnings, and after reading previous reviews of this site I can't believe I used them now. Some photos are attached.
