Withdrawal taken over 3 weeks

I made a withdrawal requested over 3 weeks ago now, I have provided every document asked of me to verify the account which I was told was verified. After being told a week ago now my withdrawal was in the final stages I still have not received my funds. I keep getting told the relevant department will email me shortly etc which never happens. Every email I have received is generated, how can someone hold winnings for this long? I have received pay outs within an hour on other casino sites, find this absolutely terrible especially around Christmas time! Very stressful, found the site pretty good so it’s a shame as won’t be using again.
