Withdrawal run around
It has been 10 days since I requested a withdrawal, immediately upon this, I received a message on the site saying I did not have to submit anything more, they would get back to me if they needed documentation, I then received an email 2-3 days later asking for verification docs. I uploaded on their site and inquired about it the next day, they said they only received one. I then resubmitted thru email and inquired again, they said it would 72 hrs to verify. I waited 72 hrs and my account was verified and payment would be processed in 48 hrs. I contacted them after 48 hrs and was told it would be processed that day through interac etransfer. I waited, nothing, I inquired the next day and was told it would be processed in 24 hrs on a Monday, Today I am being told it was processed 2 days ago on the 27th and i would receive a deposit on my bank acct in 3-5 days. I then brought up why it was thru bank transfer when they said it would be deposited thru interac etransfer, They then said it was sent thru interac etransfer and I should contact interac and gave me an 18 digit reference number, interac uses a 8 digit tracking system which I told them. I also told them interac doesn't work this way and they need to send me an email to accept this transfer. They then said they would have to look into it. I have been dealing with these different excuses for over a week now and I am frankly frustrated, I hope you can help me out, I took screenshots of some of the chat conversations.
