Withdrawal payment pending for over 2 months

Hello all,

I made a withdrawal in august 23rd for $1020 Canadian dollars. It is now October 18th and I still have not been paid my funds. I have sent photo ID, a utility bill, proof of address, the debit card which I use, 90 day bank statement and 3 pay slips, and filled out the declaration fourm they wanted me to fill out. I submitted the 90 day bank statement which was the document the required and I sent this on October 11th. I’ve sent so many email and all I’ve been told is that there busy and that the will “ escalate my issue”. I haven’t got any updates to as why this issues has been so long. Over two months and still my funds have not been released. I am a valid customer and would love to make more deposits but unfortunately I will not make another deposit untill my funds have been released. I do hope this issue can be resolved and that we can move on here. Thanks for you time
