Withdrawal ignored by Genesis Casino

Good afternoon,

I create an account at Genesis on 28 May to play online roulette, i deposited £1100, after few spins i had the luck to win .
I start the process of verification of the account with Genesis , they requested several paperwork which i have uploaded them and fully verified my account see proof attached.
On the 4th of June i had got an email from Genesis saying that due to a technical error my money are back to my account and i should try to withdraw again .
I emailed them back that i had made the request and no other communications and no money in my account.
Their customer service i find it not useful at all , at the moment i can't acces my account at all .
Please if someone can help me

Despite me trying to understand this casino another problem apparently occurred.

As you see here some dates which they provide here to my complaint in regards to paying my winnings, unfortunately none of them apply and they are not true.

Today i had got another email from them stating they release on 25/06/2021

I also withdraw £10,500 , apparently i have to receive now £10,185.48 - why the rest of the winnings are being retained ??!!!!

I still haven’t received my winnings, support team is not replying to emails, i am wondering how much should i stay stress for this…
Please see proof of no money been paid today as Genesis suggested that it should be…
I know it’s frustrating when someone wins a lot and you don’t get nothing from them, but pay me as i am fed up emailing you everyday as your live chat doesn’t work and the UK phone number is closed.
I called also your HeadOffice in Malta , they don’t care at all also , suggesting they don’t have acces to details ( LoL) they own the company…

Please inform me a time and date when you pay me

I am now awaiting to get others to join me and we sent an email to BBC news to make this live as people needs to be aware of this abuse.
