Withdrawal delay and account self excluded by Genesis
I opened an account with genesiscasino.com as the vast amount of slot games they had suited. I deposited and started playing over the course of 1 week I deposited and played. Throughout this I had withdrew 4 amounts which lay in my pending withdrawals and didn't move. I asked 3 times on live chat about my withdrawals to be told they were having problems and they would escalate the matter. 2 days later my account was closed stating I had self excluded which is not true. I couldn't get into the account to go through to live chat so I emailed and have had 2 responses stating my account was active but this was not the case. The 2nd email stated they required documents and to log in to my account and upload. Which im unable to do due to being self excluded. My 1st withdrawal was 4th June and I have still not been able to log in. Customer service is very poor and I have still not had the matter resolved. I paid to play with my own funds and expect that the casino company I choose to play with allows withdrawals as per their stated time frames.
