Withdrawal and Verification issue
On the 30th November i withdrew £1220. A few hours later i was asked for documents to verify my account. A little odd as i had successfully withdrew £300 the previous week. Anyway i obliged and sent in the paperwork and the account has still not been verified. I have tried calling and they state no one is available to take the call. The chat is a chatbot that advises you to email. You then email and told it has been assigned with a case number of which i have about 6, but no reply or update on funds or verification.
It is a shame it has come to this, and have I had no choice but to issue a complaint.
