Will not pay out

I’ve been waiting a pending withdrawal from the 12/07/2021
I followed all terms and conditions of the casino .
I have had all of my account verified, but they still won’t allow my pending withdrawal.
I have emailed nearly everyday (they respond with saying they will contact me but never do)
I have £8000 pending for 6 weeks and need to complain as they won’t pay out

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Genesis Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. The player placed higher bets then allowed, therefore violated General Casino Bonus term #10:

10.The maximum individual stake allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is:
Slots and Video Slots - Maximum of $5 per spin or $0.50 per bet line is allowed.
Any other game - $30 per bet.
The maximum stake allowed includes playing/purchasing any additional in game features including the gamble option.
Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings at our absolute discretion.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
