Will not pay my winnings of €3,027

I have deposited 1200 EUR to Genesis casino played and won so my total balance is 3027 EUR without using any bonuses. I have previously made withdrawals from them without any issues but I am having huge difficulties with the last one and it seems that they are not willing to help me or explain what is the problem. Issue is that when I make a withdrawal it always gets cancelled after 2 days and I receive automated message that there was some technical issue and that I need to make the withdrawal once again.

The first withdrawal was made on 07.04 and after that I have repeated the same process 7 times for 1 month and no matter what the amount is the withdrawal gets cancelled with absolutely the same message. I have contacted support several times and they always say to make the withdrawal once again but obviously the outcome does not change. I am really tired of this already and I don't think that it should be so hard for me to make a ordinary withdrawal but at the same time deposits are instant. Please help?
