Very slow verification

So I recently went onto genesis casino and played some slots and roulette which were good but when it came to withdrawing the money I wanted to (£1300).

I was asked to submit documents for verification which is perfectly fine, I submitted my ID proving who I was and my address which was verified immediately. My payment method (debit card) however has been ‘pending review’ for a week now even though it states it should be completed within 72 hours, like how long can it take for a casino to look at a bank card? When I can still deposit and give them money.

In the last week I’ve had some very vague chats using the live chat thanking me for being patient but it has now been a week and after 1 email to the support department detailing my problem I was told I was their top priority yet it has been another 2 days with no response, I’ve emailed since and haven’t had a response as well.
