Verification struggle for almost two months
Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble getting verified at Genesis Casino. I had made a deposit and won £3600 from a £100 deposit. I then forfeited my welcome bonus and withdrew, and I was asked for some documents on the 21st of January. I send those in, then on the 23rd of Jan they asked me for some more documentation including a few selfies holing the same documents, as well as handwritten notes with the dates and my account number on them.
I thought this was a bit unusual but I send them in promptly, and haven't heard back since. I have sent three more follow up emails over the last two months but I've not had a response yet. I'm guessing they're really busy, so if you could help me get in touch to have my documents reviewed, that would be a great help.
