Systematically avoiding paying withdrawal

I regrettably opened an account at this Casino on the 07/01/2021. In hindsight, I should have read reviews on this Casino and their history and this would have been avoided.

But I proceeded to deposit hundreds eventually requesting a withdrawal of £240.00. This is where the problems began, they blocked my account so I could not log in, they unprofessionally did this without even contacting me to let me know what was going on. I had to email them as shown in the pictures to chase up my withdrawal.

It has become clear they are avoiding paying out my withdrawal and going to any length to do so like using the excuse of a "random security check" so they can be incredibly and suspiciously vague about timeframes on when it will be completed. They were more than happy to snatch money from my bank before doing this "security check" so it raises many questions in my mind about this group of Casinos.

I would like my withdrawal processed without delay so I don't have to continuously chase this up.

I have since replied to the email explaining my debit card used to make the initial deposit was lost. I attached a letter from my bank confirming the card was no longer valid and has been replaced with a new one. I also attached photos of my new debit card.
