Still waiting for withdrawal


Still waiting for 1413 pounds and 20 pence from Genesis Casino.

5th March 20 - Played and won 1413.20. They asked me to send ID, and verification of me holding the days date and a bunch of documents, this was sent the same day.

26th March 20 - ID selfie declined as it was taken with my passport and I'd send a copy of driving licence previously, the same day selfie with driving licence was sent.

31st March - It seems something went wrong! Unfortunately due to a technical issue we are unable to process your pay out back to your credit card. Your funds are now back in your account.

Please request your withdraw once again back to your bank account.

31 mar - i replied saying i couldnt log into my account as its suspended, so how can I withdraw my funds.

15 Apr - We refer to your winnings on your account.

We kindly ask you to send us the bank statement attached to your card, so we can send the money via manual bank transfer.

Bank statement must show details like account holder name and account number.

15th Apr 20 - Bank statement sent to them showing my name, account number and sort code.

I am still waiting to hear back, heard nothing even after going on live chat many times.
