Still awaiting on account verification and £2,000 withdrawal to be processed

Hi, I submitted a withdrawal of £2000 across 3 seperate withdrawals on 27th May 2019. I was told I needed to verify my account which was fair enough, so sent my docs, a letter what I sent was a bit too old so I had to go to the bank and get a statement printed for proof of address which i did, they then said that my account was now been investigated by they're security team and withdrawals team but can't give me any information or a time frame. I won the money fairly, using no bonus's at all, all my documents I've sent in are genuine. I just can't see what the problem is, it's like they're trying to find any way possibly not to pay out. Id just like any help with this matter as I'm starting to get a bit worried about it, thank you

I have checked your account and can see that your withdrawal was already paid. I apologise about the delay in verification - this is because there were some security checks being performed on your account. However I am glad that everything has been resolved for you now :)

This complaint has been reopened as per Genesis Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Spoke to them this morning and they're saying it's still with the management department but won't tell me anything or a time frame, really am getting impatient with this casino now
