Screen frozen when call option appeared

I was playing live casino holdem / three card poker on 26 April 2019 on GENESIS casino on my mobile phone the internet connection was good. At a moment I could place a Ante/bet but when the time.came to call and press on the green button to call the button did not work at all and after the time was over Auto folded appeared on the screen this happend several times. If my internet connection is not good why can I even place a Ante/bet and also the video with the live dealer was good. I feel scammed because I lost some money without the option to call or refund my money. Fair play for customer. See the attached files for proof. After contact with live support and GENESIS casino vip manager i only got €100 with 0,01% wagger that is nothin compared to what I lost on bets where I couldn't call and big wins where I couldn't call also and after Auto folded. I want my winnings and lost money on bets that I placed where I couldn't call at all and Auto folded was the case not fair :( Genesis casino.
