Refusing to pay out or verify after a month
This casino is refusing to pay me out or reply to any of my communications. I requested a withdrawal of a meagre £50 on 10/05/2021 after depositing around the same amount in a few days, verification documents were not requested at all when I was depositing but as soon as I requested a withdrawal they wanted to verify. That’s fair enough, I submitted the documents to Genesis Casino and they set out in their own terms and conditions to review said documents after 24 hours or at latest 72 hours. It has been over 3 weeks now and the documents are still “pending review”, I have spoken to someone over email who said they would escalate it, but they haven’t and nobody has been in contact for over 2 weeks despite me sending numerous emails. Got no hope of even getting my money so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
