Pending withdrawal please help


I withdrew this money on the 29th they then asked for I’d once I had withdrew I provided I’d then they said I’m self excluded they said they will verify my I’d and I will receive my withdrawals by Friday, Friday came they still hadn’t processed my withdrawals they said they was still checking my I’d Iv contacted them so many times hardly getting any responses apart from they will let me no once they process it it states on there website 24-72 hours it’s now the 6th day and now when I try to talk to live chat I’m only ever getting a robot please help me sort this out

As stated here on the 16/7/2021 you removed my funds due to breach of bonus which I didn’t use any bonus but now Iv got A duplicate account becuse you realised I didn’t use your bonus funds you are doing everything you can not to pay my winnings Iv uploaded a screen shot stating your first reply why I wasn’t receiving my winnings

I havmt created a duplicate account and ask gamblers also asked you for proof of this and you havnt sent it
1 min you said i was self excluded then you said I breached the bonus funds then you changed it to breach of duplicate account
I have 1 account registered in the address with the I’d provided to you, I will get my winnings whether it’s through Ibas or a court as you have breeched your terms and conditions as stated on the gambling commission website you asked for I’d after a withdrawl and states that you should as for Id at first sights not after a withdrawl is made I have enough evidence to take your company to court as Iv kept all dates and times of conversations between me abs your company
