Pending withdrawal of £103
Hello,
I would like to raise and resolve an issue with Genesis Casino.
I have made a withdrawal of £103 on the 1st of March which is still pending approval and is being held by the casino.
On the same day, I have submitted my documents as requested (case #04476687) with the promise of these being processed no later then 72 hours since submission.
I have contacted the casino several times over the Live Chat support and been told the case would be escalated to the relevant team and I will hear back ASAP. I have been provided some misleading information as well giving the timeline of the document submission and raised my concerns with the online operator. I have the chat transcript from yesterday which I can submit as a proof.
I a would like for this to be escalated and my winnings to be deposited to my preferred payout option ASAP and an action taken against the casino for providing misleading information and poor support.
