Not sending withdrawal and sharing wrong terms
I requested a withdrawal from Genesis Casino on the 21st of Jan for 290 GBP, ever since we have been going back and forth by email where they are asking for documents. I have sent them bank statements, ID pictures, debit card pictures and yet they still want more things like signed pieces of paper with dates and account numbers on.
The UKGC clearly states:
A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. This requirement does not prevent a licensee from seeking information on the customer which they must obtain at that time due to any other legal obligation.
And yet they are asking for more. They refuse to send my withdrawal and it is causing me stress. My account even states that it is verified on the document upload page???
I am also having the same problem with their sister sites.
