Non payment of withdrawal 11000
I have been trying to process a withdrawal for £11,000 for the past 3 weeks.
I was initially asked to complete the verification process as I have 2 old cards on the account that have not been used for some time. They requested letters from the banks to confirm the cards are no longer in use which I have provided. They then requested bank statements showing historic transactions which I have provided. They’ve requested drivers license, utility bills etc. all of which I have provided.
Every time I send a new document they take up to a week to respond and ask for something new which has been provided already. The customer service is awful. There is no one to call, no one to contact, no complaints procedure. It’s been over 3 weeks, I’ve provided everything they’ve asked for and am still no closer to receiving my payment.
This has been extremely stressful and time consuming.
