No response when trying to verify and withdraw money and account blocked

I'm writing this complaint as feel I'm being ignored when writing to this casino. I'm trying to withdraw a total of £270 but no luck. As soon as I tried withdrawing they blocked account and sent email asking for id verification to be uploaded to my page (which is impossible as I've been blocked) replied stating this and attached all relevant documents to this email. Still no reply. Tried phoning them multiple times and messages saying they can't answer the phone and to go online and chat. Go online to chat and there's noone available just a robot. I feel they are not legitimate and ignoring my emails. I know its only £270 but that's alot of money for me.

We have looked into your account and can confirm that these remaining funds (£51.96) were confiscated as you were not entitled to them since a 3rd party payment was used on your account.

A total of £232.50 worth of deposits were placed on your account from this payment method. These have all been refunded back to you in the following way:

£105 withdrawal was paid out on the 06/05/2021.
£127.50 have been refunded directly to the 3rd party payment method that was used on the account.
