My withdrawal is late and they keep saying it's under review

I am writting this email in regards of Genesis casino not proceeding my withdrawal of 1500. I have verified my account and now it has been 5days how they just keep saying same thing your withdrawal under review and delegated team is dealing with it.
Today I went on a chat as I just getting g very frustrated and same thing all over again. I just been honest with them and told them that this money will help my daughter and I as I become a single mom just recently and my daughter has a health issue and even send them my daughter photo. The lady I spoke with was nice and she said they dealing with my case as a priority and etc which I doubt as they all been saying that. I send numerous email and not even one reply from them.
Now my account is restricted as they came to the thing saying that I have a gambling problems just cos I said sometimes I do rely on casino money winnings just to support my life but its just now like that as my life changed drastically. Enough that my own personal life causing me a lot of stress so now the genesis adding it on top of it where I just wanna sit and cry. I would understand if they would ask for some extra documents but they don't they just keep saying withdrawal under review. I tried to call them as well and u just can't get through to them. Please help me to find out what's is truly happening with my withdrawal
