Delaying £6,300 withdrawal

I'm verified but as soon as I made a withdrawal they immediately asked for more information. When that was sent they asked for more. Then they say they are backlogged and cannot process the file repeat one file I sent them. Everything I ask if anything has changed they say nothing has change and will receive and email from them. If yet to be contacted almost a week from the time I made a withdrawal request. They state 72 hours as maximum withdrawal time yet its been 6 days now. I've sent everything I've been nice but now I'm at my ropes end trying to get this and must turn to you for help. Extremely shameful behavior.
