Delayed verification and withdrawal
On the 2nd of december i withdrew €699 . after couple of hours i was asked to send my documentation for account verification. so i have send them the required documentation the same day. In the email they said that it could take up to 48 to 72 hours and if they would require more documents they would let me know. this did not happen.
Ive started to chat with the support group and all of them were really understanding. but all just said the same. that they were really busy and i had to have patience. After couple of live chats.
On the 14th of december I got an email that i had to provide them the missing documents, copy of credit card and an screenshot of my personal Ewallet account showing the name and account id number. I've email them the documentation on the 15th of december.
18th of december i wanted to contact the live support i saw that it was not possible only to an chatbot that advised me to send an email. so I've contacted them with email. got an email back that said that the I've had to provide them with an official bank statement because the card that I've provided did not have an name on it, witch is not true I've provided them an card photo with an clear name on it,
And i had to provide the screenshot of the Ewallet account with the bank url clearly showing in the screen shot. I mean why did they not tell me in the first time.
So I've send my transaction history of my Ewallet to them and kindly asked them if they could tell me if they could send me an conformation of the received files and if there was anything else. but sadly got no email back.
I've provided everything i can to them and this experience changed how i feel about the organization,
I hope that they could take it serious this time so that other players dont loose the fun in gambling
