Delayed payment of over one month


I made a withdrawal from Genesis Casino on the 11/09/2018. After providing all the requested documents I had a email on the 20/09/2018 saying my account was now full verified. After 12 days my withdrawal had still not been processed, so I sent them an email politely asking when would it be, that was 6 days ago and I have still not herd back from them. This really is a shame, as it has put me off playing on there site again. This sort of thing really Genesis Casino's reputation.
