Delayed payment and no withdrawal confirmation email received
On the 13th of December 2020 I placed a withdrawal of £299 from one deposit I made. Once I placed the withdrawal, I was expecting to receive an email confirming my withdrawal in which case I did not. Four days went by which was over the time frame in which it states on genesis casinos website that withdrawals are processed in 72 hours. I receive an email which I’ve attached t the chat only yesterday (Friday 18th December) stating that my withdrawal was successfully processed and sent out. In which they have not included in the email how much was sent out and where it was sent to which is very unprofessional. Also they have not responded to any emails in which I’ve sent 12 over the last four days. I would like to receive an email showing where my withdrawal was sent to and whether it was sent to the right bank account number and sort code as genesis casino have a track record of avoiding paying withdrawals out and giving excuses. I would like to know where my £299 is and where it was sent to and when it was actually sent out or whether it has or hasn’t t been sent out
