Delayed payment after verification, no response

I withdrew 360 pound at the end of May (300 and a 60, there was a further 20 but I reversed it recently). They requested ID so I provided. They then requested ID another 2 times, once with me physically holding it. I have however seen this before so I didn't question. Then I had a phone conversation and was asked questions like what games did you play and when did you log in, of course its been 2 weeks at this point and I play on different casinos.

It's been almost a month now, I am still seeing my 300 and my 60 in pending withdraw and no reply from Genesis to my last 3 messages or correspondence of any type. Unsure why, I have done everything they asked.

I have never opened an account with genesis casino, I have provided you with plenty of evidence of who I am and you claimed that I had previously been self excluded, which I have not.

Askgamblers then requested that you give them evidence for your case that I have been previously excluded. You provided "evidence", and Askgamblers concluded that the evidence was NOT sufficient proof that I have been previously excluded from your website.

I can tell you now categorically that I have never been excluded from your, or any other website and I have no idea why you are insisting that I have been. I won that money fair and square and you just do not want to pay out.

I won't consider this case closed until I am paid my winnings, or Askgamblers considers it closed.
