Delayed payment after verification


Hi. I won on free spins and took out 1000 kr. After several days no money came. The withdrawal method was via trustly. I contacted the chat and was told that the money was on its way. After another 2 days of waiting, I contacted the chat again. Then I was notified that the transaction was not reviewed due to technical problems. That my money was on my account at the Genesis casino. Then I made my second withdrawal, also via trustly. After several days of waiting, I contacted the chat again. They then requested bank transactions from me, which I submitted. After another day, I logged in to Genesis casino. To my great surprise, I realized that the money was back on my Genesis account. I contacted the chat again, and they had no explanation. I then made my third withdrawal of 1000kr and again via trustly. What is noteworthy is that at one point I have been accused of having spelled up my money. I have already decided not to play more here, but of course they want to repay what they owe.

Its not okej that I made fourth withdraws, and now you asking me to do the fifth!

You are not helping me at all! You only Repeating the Same procedur over and over again.

Is it normal that I must do the fifht withdraw? This isnt okej. I made my deposit by trustly, but it doesnt work when I making a withdraw back with the same paymethod.
Please askgamblers, couldnt you help me in this case? Do you really think thats this behavior is coustomercare? Should Genesis casino get away with this, and have no responsobility for their coustumers?
I got four excuses, and no help. What should I do in this case?
