Delayed/not processed withdrawal

Dear,

Can you please help me. I won 12.000SEK and validated my account to which they confirmed my account was validated 6:th may 2019. See attached documents and email-conversation. (The amount of 1.900 SEK is transfered and ok)

After 5-7 days I wrote and asked why the money was not transfered to my account. They requested more documents and I did send them. Then I got a mail saying that everything is okey an my money should be transfered to my account. Nothing happens and now they not even answer my mails and it's impossible to reach them at the phone.

It's a lots of money for me, so help me to make this casions holding their promises and conditions.

The attached documents of emails is in Swedish .
