Delayed 10,800 NOK withdrawal

I won 10800 NOK on May 17th. I then ordered a withdrawal. I then received an email from Genesis Casino "Your withdrawal is pending and will be paid out within 48 hours, as specified in our Terms and Conditions".
I heard nothing from them and contacted live chat. They said that they should forward the case. I still heard nothing. I contacted once more and they told me once again that they should forward the case. Still didn't hear anything and tried to call them on the phone but didn't get through. So hope you can help me with this matter. They have still not answer my emails to them. And now the live chat is not available.

Casino Genesis did pay me today. So this case is now closed and resolved.
Im glad they finally finished my withrawal.
I have sent all the documents they have ask for.
Good live support at Casino Genesis, but sad that they used so long time to make the
withdrawal when all the necessary documents are provided.
