Delay in withdrawal and verification
Withdrew £3,505 last Wednesday, then told account needs verifying, submitted the docs straight away while speaking on live chat to make sure they were ok, told usually takes 24 hrs but maximum 72 hours, no change. 72 hours passed......nothing.
Spoke with live chat numerous times and told the same thing ‘ be patient’ , ‘we’ll be in touch with you’ etc etc.
Then told to wait another 72 hrs!
Check again today, my ID and address had been verified on Friday last week, however this morning my address changed from approved back to pending. While my card was approved.
Chat said another department needs to verify it (confused now!).
No response to email, or phone number is not working. Reading the same sort of thing has happened to a lot of it’s customers before.
They state the maximum timescales of 72hrs and then offer nothing in terms of an eta when they miss their own deadlines.
The only thing waiting to be verified is my address which was verified last week but now all of a sudden has reverted back to pending!?
