Casino stalling withdrawal for no legitimate reason
Good Evening,
I made a withdrawal from Genesis Casino on the 18.11.21. Bearing in mind this is coming up for 14 days ago.
At this point the casino asked for verification docs in the form of proof of ID, address and payment method.
I provided all of these docs by the 24.11.21. I have email confirmation of receipt of these docs.
I have been in contact with the casino 3 times since via their live chat facility. The response every time has been ‘we have escalated this issue to the relevant department’.
I don’t think this is fair to keep the withdrawal and provide no legitimate reason why you haven’t issued the withdrawal yet?
I have had 0 communication from Genesis with regards to this matter. Why are you stalling this withdrawal?
