Awaiting verification and withdrawal for too long now

After requesting a withdrawal off £1600 on the 30th of November I was asked too verify the account which I had no problem at all doing on the 2nd of December all information was uploaded reading the site it says a maximum of 48 - 72 hours for verification after waiting 96 hours and still no one checking documents I proceeded too email support after waiting 3 days I was told the issue was being escalated within the verification team too get my withdrawal I have now re-emailed support and received no reply and it has now been a total of 240+ hours since sending over all required documentation and yet no one has still even looked at documents and I've had a pending withdrawal since the 30th of November I have no issue waiting however 2 emails I've had one response which just seemed too be too blow me off and do absolutely nothing hence the complaint.
