Account verification delayed

Dear Askgamblers,

I have registered on Genesis casino ( Spain) last week and put 10€ on my account using my visa card, I reached 900€ playing fairly,

The point is that when I wanted to withdraw my gains they asked for some necessary documentation which I agree with.

After this I had to wait for 72h to get my account verified, 4 days later I'm still waiting for a response, I think it's not a long delay but I'm getting a bit stressed and worried about it could you please help
