Hi,
I signed up to gala casino and played their 3 part welcome offer. This was 3 deposits of £400 for bonuses of £400, £200 and £200 respectively.
I played within the terms and conditions for all bonuses. I lost the first two and on the third I got lucky, managing to cash out £7260.
I then deposited £2800, because I noticed that I had nearly met the criteria to become a VIP player with them. After all this my balance was £10585. Later that day I withdrew amounts of £1000 and £2000, which I received no problem. Then I withdrew another £2000 which when I logged in said on the statement it was rejected, and my balance in the casino was only £725. This means £6860 is missing.
I received an email just now saying "The total winnings which were removed due to the breach of terms and conditions were £6860". I have not been informed what I did wrong and would like evidence of this.

Hi, I have received an email but I am unsatisfied with the explanation. I have asked for further proof of my exact breach as I don't believe I have breached any terms. I look forward to the email.
