On the 22nd I placed a blackjack hand and won, the funds were never paid out totalling £470 I’ll include photos, the provider has acknowledged the funds did not go into my account and has passed all the info over to the casino, funbet has done nothing about this. Also I had £100 processed on the 22nd January also and has not been recieved.

Hi askgamblers thanks for your help, as off this morning the £470 has been returned to my account, although I’m still waiting on the £1000 withdrawal processed on the 22nd and terms state no more than 5 business days
