Delayed withdrawals and account Issues
Hello,
I am writing to file a complaint against Funbet Casino regarding delayed withdrawals and ongoing account issues.
I have been facing this problem for more than 12 days. According to the casino, withdrawals should be processed within 0–72 hours, but my withdrawals are still pending.
My withdrawal details are:
- ₹8,000 (08-03-2026)
- ₹2,000 (08-03-2026)
Both withdrawals are still showing as “New” and have not been processed.
I have already completed my KYC verification and submitted all required documents, including my ID and selfie verification. Despite this, the casino continues to delay my withdrawals.
I have contacted their support team multiple times via email, but they keep repeating the same generic responses such as:
- “Your withdrawal is under review”
- “Please wait for security checks”
- Asking for the same details again and again
They are not providing any clear timeline or actual resolution.
Additionally, my account previously showed “User Disabled,” which raised further concerns about my account status.
It appears that the casino is intentionally delaying my withdrawals without a valid reason.
I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
