400 CAD Withdrawal under review for 5 days

Issue: Withdrawal Delay / Payment Issues
Details:
I deposited $120 CAD and requested a withdrawal of $400 CAD on Thursday night, June 26.
It is now sevarl days later, and my withdrawal status is still "Under Review".
Funbet's policy says 3 business days, but 5 days have passed.
Live Support responses:
- Duong: "Withdrawal is in queue for processing by our Finance Department. 3 business days."
- Yasemin: "Delay due to high volume of requests. Please be patient."
No one gave me an approval confirmation or an exact payment date.
I feel they are intentionally delaying so I will press "Cancel". I will NOT cancel.
I have lost over $1000 at this casino before. This $400 is my first win and my money.
