Hello!

I am writing to AskGamblers regarding my issue with the casino holding my withdrawal.

I did a deposit on FunBet on 28.09.2025 and was lucky and won 25000 NOK.

I do play quite a bit and almost always lose, but I finally was lucky enough to get a win.

Now I am experiencing that the Casino is purposely holding the funds. They have rules that allow you to withdraw 5000 NOK every 24 hours, and you can have 3 withdrawals waiting. This means that I currently have 15000 NOK waiting for approval of withdrawal and 10,000 in the casino balance. My first withdrawal was done on the 28th. And I did the others the following days.

I have been in contact with live chat a couple of times to make sure everything is all right. I have only gotten the same copy/paste answer with standard phrases. I really hope AskGamblers are able to help me get this sorted so I can receive my withdrawal, it would be much appreciated

After further investigation, we have confirmed that the player cancelled their withdrawals and subsequently played down the remaining balance in their account. As there is currently no active balance, no withdrawals can be processed at this time.

400 CAD Withdrawal under review for 5 days

Details:

I deposited $120 CAD and requested a withdrawal of $400 CAD on Thursday night, June 26.

It is now sevarl days later, and my withdrawal status is still "Under Review".

Funbet's policy says 3 business days, but 5 days have passed.

Live Support responses:

- Duong: "Withdrawal is in queue for processing by our Finance Department. 3 business days."

- Yasemin: "Delay due to high volume of requests. Please be patient."

No one gave me an approval confirmation or an exact payment date.

I feel they are intentionally delaying so I will press "Cancel". I will NOT cancel.

I have lost over $1000 at this casino before. This $400 is my first win and my money.

Please help me get my $400 CAD.

The live chat blatantly lies, copying and pasting the same messages saying the payment will be sent soon. They're making people look like idiots and naive. I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at FunBet.

On 20 May 2026 I requested a withdrawal of €88 to the payment details registered on my account, and I received confirmation that the request would shortly be processed by your Finance Department. Two weeks later the withdrawal is still pending. I have received no payment, no specific explanation, and no estimated processing time.

The €88 is my own balance on a fully verified account that meets all withdrawal requirements. A delay of this length with no meaningful communication is not acceptable, and unfortunately delayed payouts have been a recurring problem on this account.

I am asking FunBet to process and release my €88 withdrawal without further delay, or to provide a clear and specific reason for the hold. I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in bringing this to a prompt resolution.

Timeline of blocked withdrawals:
1. Bank transfer: Cancelled by Funbet due to "technical error"
2. Skrill €500 withdrawal: Pending 14 days with no processing, I cancelled myself
3. New bank transfers 3x €500 requested 06/04/2026: Still "In behandeling" for 9+ days as of 15/04/2026
4. Current real balance: €17,000.06 completely stuck

Funbet status shows "Controleer je transactieverzoek" but this is false because my account is already 100% verified. Customer service only gives generic replies.

Their €500/day withdrawal limit means it would take 34 days to withdraw my balance even if they paid, but they are not processing anything.

I sent final warning email to Funbet 15/04/2026 with 72h deadline and all evidence. No resolution.

I am attaching screenshots: KYC Verified status, pending withdrawals, account balance €17K, and cancelled Skrill.

I demand full payment of €17,000.06 immediately.

Hello,

I am writing to file a complaint against Funbet Casino regarding delayed withdrawals and ongoing account issues.

I have been facing this problem for more than 12 days. According to the casino, withdrawals should be processed within 0–72 hours, but my withdrawals are still pending.

My withdrawal details are:

- ₹8,000 (08-03-2026)

- ₹2,000 (08-03-2026)

Both withdrawals are still showing as “New” and have not been processed.

I have already completed my KYC verification and submitted all required documents, including my ID and selfie verification. Despite this, the casino continues to delay my withdrawals.

Formal Complaint – Funbet Casino Withdrawal Delay

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding Funbet Casino.

On 10 December, I played at Funbet Casino and won a total of €3,690. On the same day, I submitted withdrawal requests in accordance with the casino’s stated withdrawal limits (€500 maximum per day).

However, more than one month has now passed, and not a single withdrawal has been received.

During this time, I have contacted Funbet customer support numerous times via live chat. Each time, I have been given the same generic response:

“We are processing the matter and will contact you.”

Despite these assurances, no one has contacted me, no concrete explanation has been provided, and no progress has been made. I have also not been asked to provide any verification documents, even though this is often cited as a reason for delays.

This situation is unacceptable. If a casino advertises fast and smooth withdrawals, it is reasonable to assume that this does not mean waiting over a month without receiving a single payment or any meaningful communication.

I believe this case demonstrates:

Unjustified and excessive withdrawal delays

Lack of transparency

Repeated misleading assurances from customer support

Delaying withdrawals

I am filing an urgent and formal complaint against FunBet.com, an offshore casino that is deliberately withholding my rightful withdrawals and continuously stalling the payment process.

I currently have three CAD 750 withdrawals pending (CAD 2,250 total) and a remaining balance of over CAD 5,300 locked in my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, they refuse to release my funds, provide no clear timeline, and keep giving automated, copy-paste responses about “processing delays” with zero transparency.

Here are the serious issues:
1. Withdrawals have been pending far beyond their stated processing times.
2. They have ignored multiple emails and live chat attempts.
3. They already processed smaller payments, which appears to be a tactic to create an illusion of legitimacy while holding back the larger amounts.
4. They do not provide any regulatory protection or oversight, and their licensing information is unclear and intentionally vague.
5. I have not been requested for KYC verification, which is suspicious given the size of the withdrawals.
6. The casino is clearly intentionally delaying, stalling, and blocking payments for no valid reason.

I am requesting AskGamblers to immediately intervene and help recover CAD 7,500+ that rightfully belongs to me.

At this point, FunBet’s behavior appears predatory, unprofessional, and potentially fraudulent. They have caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time with empty reassurances and no actual progress.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for almost a week now.

Support keeps moving the ETA "will be processed shortly", "will take up to 3 business days", now "from 3 to 5 business days", and for sure, after 5 days the ETA will be changed again. Besides, it's a cryptopayment.

Last time I wrote to support to ask about my withdrawal, I received a response that they have maintenance and "can't check on my account."
